Flip a coin?

At bridge, some decisions can sometimes seem to depend a bit on luck, based on your good or bad inspiration. However, the two options you must choose between are not always equivalent, and certain factors can strongly push you to prefer one over the other. In pairs tournaments, where even the smallest score difference matters, you can’t afford to make the wrong choice. As West, how will you defend against this doubled part-score in a minor?
